European Management Team
Minoru Iwamura joined Nippon Paint in 1979 and since then he worked for sales and marketing in the Automotive Coatings Business. During the years 1988 and 1994 he stayed in different areas of the USA for Nippon Paint – Kentucky, New York, Cleveland and Ohio.
In 2008 he was managing director of NPTR (in Turkey), two years later he took over the managing director position for NPW and NPAE.
Since 2015 he is corporate officer of NPHD and CEO of NPE.
Corinne Loigerot graduated in 1989 at the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie” in Toulouse as an engineer in Chemistry.
After several professional experiences with companies from the chemical sector as well as plant engineering companies, Corinne Loigerot started to work with Bollig und Kemper in 2006. After the acquisition of the French company Vernis Soudée in 2007 a Joint Venture (JV) was created with the company Kluthe GmbH. Within the JV Corinne Loigerot became managing director of the areas of Research and Development as well as commercial business.
In 2010 Bollig und Kemper France and Vernis Soudée Production merged to one sole entity and Corinne Loigerot took over the whole responsibility of Bollig & Kemper France, including the production site in Fleury-Mérogis as well as the R&D site nearby Grenoble.
Jean Francois Roland graduated at the University of Grenoble in 1990 as a PhD of Chemistry. In 1991 he worked as a Post Doc at the California Institute of Technology.
Jean Francois is working for B&K for over 25 years, holding various R&D positions over the time.
As the technical director, he is currently in charge of the management of the R&D center located nearby Grenoble, which is developing all kind of technologies for the group.
Jean Francois Roland has set-up the technical activity of the BKNP joint venture established in China and is still managing the technical support toward it.
After leaving Grammar School, Phil Turner trained as an engineer achieving Higher National Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
He gained work experience during his time at a renowned coating manufacturer in the area of polyurethane and automotive serial coatings as well as a medium sized English coating company.
Phil Turner was responsible for global projects during his professional career and looks back on several years of experience in the USA.
Phil Turner joined Bollig & Kemper in March 2001. In the course of his position as managing director of Bollig & Kemper UK he is responsible for total business including finance, engineering, production, technical, logistics and planning.
Josef Becker completed successfully his study of engineering in chemistry at the Fachhochschule Aachen. He is able to rely on 28 years of coating experience in one of the leading coating manufacturers. There he was in diverse positions in the areas of laboratory, operations, engineering and Supply chain in Europe.
Since September 2016 Josef Becker works for Bollig & Kemper as the Site Manager Cologne / Supply Chain Manager Europe.
Following her Commercial Business Apprenticeship, Annette Zarges initially worked 18 years for an international tobacco company in various HR functions – last as HR Manager German Market –and completed her Business Administration Degree with focus on HR Management extra-occupational.
The last years of her employment were focused on the change management and organizational development. In 2006 Annette Zarges moved to a middle-sized chemical company, a manufacturer of foundry chemicals, where she had the HR responsibility for different locations, in a final step for all European Sales and manufacturing subsidiaries Since April 2012 she holds her role as HR Manager for Bollig & Kemper.
